The wire harness processing workshop is equipped with advanced automatic terminal crimping machine, line sequence detector and other equipment.

We have independently developed the fully automatic wire bundling machine, and complete the product from raw material to wire harness automatically. To provide customers with high quality harness products, they are mainly used when serving well-known air conditioning, automobile and power product customers.
Our company has a complete FPC and aluminum substrate production capacity, and can provide a supporting substrate supply service for the next process SMT workshop. At present, there are 15 machines including our Schmoll substrate drilling machine and ESI laser drilling machine, as well as multi process advanced production equipment.
The assembly workshop has 5 lead-free wave soldering lines, 8 automatic lines, and it forms a complete production line from the wave soldering to the completion of the product. The product inspection includes ICT, FCT, signal testing, downloading calibration, shielding test and so on. According to the requirements of the customer's product technology, we can design and manufacture the work clothes and fixtures needed on our own. According to the requirement of customer's product measurement, the test software and the non-standard automatic test equipment can be developed by ourselves. At the same time, the self-developed equipment has a quick speed of testing and the accuracy of data, the data can be uploaded to server and we can check the operation efficiency and real-time quality at any time.
According to the special requirements of the waterproof, temperature proof and high pressure resistance of the products, our company has 4 automatic adhesive dispensing and spraying lines, which can provide a complete process of UV adhesive, triple-proofing adhesive, and underfill adhesive. The products can meet product performance requirements in special environment.
